This unique cabin on its own Lake Superior point with views of Marquette in the distance is a show-stopper. You will want to be here, guaranteed. On almost seven acres with over 375 feet of private Lake Superior shoreline nestled against a Michigan Nature Association preserve, this is a location to covet.

This quality cabin is just enough, but not too much. It is cozy with one bedroom, a woodstove, roomy and functional kitchen, and a composting toilet. And, the stand-alone, beautiful sauna within steps of Lake Superior is fantastic. The basics are covered beautifully.

And there is so much beyond the basics — including a front yard full of blueberries, operating solar and propane that power overhead lights, refrigerator and oven/stove. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the cabin contains many lovely antiques. The Sunmar composting toilet is top notch and effective. The garage/shed is loaded with toys that stay, including two sea kayaks, a nice grill and tools.
